Engagement Process

We typically start each engagement with a strategic marketing audit. Through a series of stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and secondary research, we will develop a feasible one-year strategy and three-month action plan that is usually implementable with existing resources and budget. These engagements typically last from 1 to 3 months, depending on your organization’s unique team, challenges, and preferences.

Depending on the outcome of this initial assessment, we will discuss the viability of using our Fractional or Interim Executive Services. We have experience serving as interim executive in the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Growth Officer (spanning sales, marketing, and product).
